In March 1974, these were the only international carriers operating scheduled services to Perth:
- Qantas
- BOAC
- Air India
- Singapore Airlines
- Cathay Pacific
- South African Airways
The route flown via Bombay and Singapore rules out Cathay and SAA, so it would have to be one of the others.
