4015: I think it is 7 years before FPPers join the main payscale.
ClubWorld1979: I believe the approximate salaries for the first 7 years are £22k, £27k, £32k, £39k, £45k, £48k, £50k. I haven't got these in writing but we were told them in one of the presentations. These figures exclude "extras", and of course there has been a 3.5% pay increase recently. Hope this helps, and good luck if you apply!
