Firstly many congratulations to all those who succeeded with the BA FPP!
I looked at this scheme when it opened, and was shocked by the low starting salary, which was prohibitively low for someone such as myself some years into a career and with bills/ mortage to pay, which sadly put me off applying...
I was wondering, do any of you know the salary raises / structure once you're a fully operational BA F/Officer after graduating from FPP training? Did BA shed any insight to how your pay would increase over the years, or were they rather backwards in coming forwards about pay?
Also, do you have to self-fund your overheads whilst on FPP training (rent + food, for example), or do you get some kind of allowance from the School whilst in-training?
Just wondering how the numbers stack-up... (esp. as living near LHR isn't cheap!!)?
Good luck to you guys proceeding with BA FPP and those still in the process... am contemplating applying in the next round, numbers pending!
