pretty sure the minima would be in the order of 250-300' for a 0.30 RNP approach.
RNP 0.30

RWY 14 = 429' / 2200m and RWY 32 = 353' / 1800m

Jetstar drivers apparently issued with the approach plates...but yet to be trained.
