Surely IFR flight is in conjunction with ATC where English Proficiency is a mandatory requirement!
well, as long as you only ever fly IFR and never hop over the hedge to the airfield just down the road, as it were......Not everyone wants to only use major airports. I should I suppose have distinguished more clearly between the licence and the rating. And the course will still be in french
