Do you happen to know the AIC numbers?
So if an aircraft is operated by a company and a PPL is asked if they wish to ferry an aircraft back is that deemed aerial work (in which the pilot must be a CPL)
So to you previous post are you saying that the PPL would have to contribute to a share of the flight in line with the time logged.
Although the original purpose of the flight is commercial aerial work it can be changed mid flight (for pleasure)!!!
