I know that Seismic Data as good as it is....can still result "Dry Holes".
Unless you are in some place like Saudi or Nigeria where one can almost stamp a foot and find oil. In fact in the Niger River Delta....where the majority of the Nigerian Oil comes from....is covered in oil if one believes the news reports.
