Unless there's been a recent change in the situation, the sales of some of the sites planned to fund the MoDel build at Northolt were paused due to the economic downturn 3-4 years ago.
With the paint drying on the lovely new buildings why should we be surprised at this idea, it's been happening for years. How long is the list of places closed just after Millions have been wasted on new buildings. There's a reason why pilots don't run airlines.......
