Welcome to your first impression of Air 2000. They expect everything for nothing.
I am sure there are thousands of wannabe's who are stupid/desperate enough to work hard for half pay and then be laid off. However I doubt there are that many who have 1500 hours.
If you keep trying I suspect that the hours will be adjusted downwards to suit the average of those applying.
However as Vertex has said. Don't sell yourself cheaply, and take any promises given by Air 2000 as very loosely based on the future. The management are not the one's running the company, I'm afraid that's now down to the board of accountants up top, and they can only see as far as the Financial Times put in front of them every day.
