I would strongly recommend that you don't sell yourself down the line to Air2000. It is no longer an "Airline", it is the transport department of First Choice.
This situation does not allow the DFO or Chief pilot (both very inexperienced in Civvy Street) any negotiating powers, they are powerless, the Bean Counters are eroding pay & conditions, and eventually I believe Flight Safety may be compromised.
This Company has very bad morale problems, people are leaving May I suggest you speak to anyone involved with them before considering applying, go and find a company that will respect your qualifications, and not take the p!!s.
