Best start up - Hunter 200-ser Avon Avpin sequence.
Best run-up - F-104 J-79 a/b check.
Best take-off - Vulcan with 200-ser Olympussies at full power.
Best shut down - C-130 when you've just spent hours travelling in the bowels of the freight bay....
