Well don't take it.It is as simple as that. Do something else with your career.You're obviously smart enough to hold those licences,then surely you can apply your skills else where for a better pay.
My advice is to apply for a position in the mining sector. You will instantly be on about double that while retraining, have more actual time at home over the whole year, not have to live within cooee of an airport, and probably get appreciated for your work.
If unskilled labour can get $100K for cutting sandwiches and making beds in the Western Australian & Queensland mining towns, then surely you can too. Do you really love aeroplanes that much?
