Basically, they want anyone who wants that first jet 'break', so if you have multi turbine time you are standing very strong.
Captain John Murphy is now the Director of Flight Operations. Captain Peter Gilmour is now the Chief Pilot. Frankly a CV sent to either at LGW or the MAN addresses will find the right desk.
