The way they teach it in Toulouse nowadays (and I've done my 320 course last year) is ECAM ACTIONS, then upon reaching the STS page:
"STOP ECAM"
- normal check-list
- computer resets
- engine relight (if applicable)
THEN - "CONTINUE STS"
