I've been throuh Prestwick a number of times since November, the whole terminal is freezing, with staff having to wear jackets and scarves!
Initially I was advised that the heating was faulty,however 3 months on and it is still isn't working.
Do you think they have turned it off on purpose due to the low number of passengers?
