Evening Trevor. Your summary is pretty close. Engine pods on either side of the fuselage. Tractor props but no details on the engines themselves. T-tail, low wing, however you have perhaps over estimated the size...just 2 seats in a tandem arrangement. Being marketed in kit form but I cannot see that one has actually been built. There are photo's on the net, but I believe they are of a mock-up.
