I've been looking on this thread for quite some time and have heard a lot of mention about equal opportunities...but nothing from a gender perspective! I didn't get through but I'm hoping somewhere out there are a few fellow girlies!!
Unfortunately for us ladies the ratios really don't lie in our favour but then again, I guess less ladies go for it!
