Good luck to Mr Oliver I say. The only people who are going to benefit from the proposed expansion of Stansted are the developers. That part of the world has beautiful countryside, wildlife and mediaeval and Tudor history like you wouldn't believe (people live there as well). It would all be destroyed for no real purpose. What's more they'll take longer than advertised to do it and cause more disruption than any possible reward. Just look at the way they've dealt with the present fiasco which is small in comparison to future plans.
I personally don't believe there is enough of a market out there to warrant this plan. And what market there is, is cyclical and very susceptible to short term reductions.
