Sad that he didn't have the confidence/support to see his way through it, but I can understand, sometimes in life "enough is enough" & the difference between this, & what most of us do (go out & get trashed ) is perhaps smaller than we realise.
Note to Mods, BTW, this thread reminds me, can't we have "agony aunts" back ?
I have seen threads here/jetblast that really deserved to be located somewhere more . . . . "sensitive" & although there was always a degree of black humour/p1ss-taking on AU it was (IMHO) a worthwhile forum.
