Why is everyone looking at PP34 for F/Os. Do you not expect to reach the LHS?

the apparent relationships with cabin crew.....
Relationships with cabin crew, (or even cabin crew at all) were not my considerations when I got my first airline job and I certainly wouldn't let it affect my choice of employer!
