MAPA...just think of the utter abuse of privilege; just last year the MAPA prez and the ex DFO went for the A380 course well ahead of others just to beat the age 52 restrictions, well well before the aircraft are to be delivered. They will then go for recurrent simulators, free " holiday " trips and junkets without doing anything productive. Pilots senior to them who were below 52 then sit out only to miss the A380 courses later as they become overaged.
