Who isn't worried about the exorbitant fee they charge for the exam (approx. 500 USD for the very first attempt compared to IndiGo's fee of 375 USD after failing two attempts). I'm with you on this issue. Okay, so the fee needs to be drastically reduced which would allow more candidates to sit for the written exam. But what happens after that? Does it still make the selection process transparent? I don't think so. Very few (maybe 5 out of 30 candidates) will get through on merit basis. The remaining 25 belong to the 'influential' lot. There lies the big question ahead of us.
