You act as if you work for the airline, if you dont then you seem to know alot more about their procedures than most of the people on this website. If that is his opinion then that is his opinion.
Dont come in here and blow off because you know a few people in BA who might be high up or dare I say it 'involved in selection'. People dont want your big headed, dicky-know-it-all guff. I can understand the fustration in his mind and perhaps it was called for as British Airways are a commercial organisation and contary to the matter they wont be as organised as most people think. And you do get irrate people on the phone as with anything.
