Built4speed, I appreciate your constant posts re joining BALPA/IALPA are of interest to some who HAVE joined Ryanair. This thread is named 'Ryanair interviews and sim assessments' for a very good reason... We don't have a crew doc code! Nor will we if we focus on the negativity expressed by people within.

During our flight school training we learned to focus on what's directly ahead of us. Take each stage at a time. For all of us here, that's the assessment day! Anything else is on the back burner until we get passed the assessment. Further more, apparently due to the massive drive by the Irish and UK pilots trying to forming a union, it's one of the reasons why those nationalities aren't been called for an assessment over the last six months. so let us do what's right for us first, that's getting the first job!!!
