They are turning a blind eye to it and everything else, because they think it wont happen to them.
They and the industry is so
up that pilots are willing to do quite literally anything to get those 500 hours on type.
As long as P2F is here, and, "500 on type required", then there will be those without the cash to splash, so therefore prepared to do everything they can.
