They choose a union that in the US that represents PHI, Bristow, AMC (and OMNI?), and maybe FT Rucker IPs (probably the best paid if they do). The pay at the first three listed is not good compared to other Oil & Gas jobs worldwide or even the US; if count Chevron or some other non UNION shops!
