I'm with Oval 3 Holer on this one.
It has made the news, it is available publicly (albeit in Cantonese - although copying and pasting the cantonese in google translator is quite entertaining in itself) so can therefore be talked about if someone wishes - especially on pprune. I believe "R" stands for rumour????
