Why is it that bullying, harassment and intimidation are part
of the culture in the workplace at DJ ?
For the most part it's not, certainly as far as my base is concerned (must be a BNE thing), & on the rare occasion that I've experienced it on the line, I've found two ways of dealing with it that work quite well: 1. Don't play the game & buy into their bullsh*t in the first place; or 2. Stand up to them, because nothing puts a bully on the back foot faster than having it shoved right back.
