I've had a few reports now that residents of the Netherlands purchasing via Amazon.com get charged an extravagant amount -- is there an exorbitant Dutch tax against e-books or something? I don't get much control - 99 US cents is the minimum price I can set and I get 35% - they then distribute it to the other Amazon shops and add VAT (hence the 77p/84p difference in the UK). The link posted shows as $1.19 to me.
I *still* have not flown into Gibraltar, which was not possible when I did my PPL (you had to file to Africa and then divert to Gibraltar if you wanted to go from Malaga!) but is now. It's on my list of dream locations ... even though it scares me witless to think of landing there with all those pedestrians about and no overrun!
