Or the B747 pilot who fell over some equipment which had been left behind by the cleaning staff onboard his airplane, causing injury to his shoulder, if i remember correctly. He, naturally, went home (= far away from the KSA) for professional medical treatment and got terminated (= fired) after that, because he had to many absent days...
