I use Cloudmark's Spamfilter and bloody hell does it work. It helps if you have broadband due the P2P nature of the service and they only have enterprise mail server and Outlook versions available at the moment. A Outlook express version is due out soon. Best bit is the Outlook version is free (as will the Express version)
