Helicopter Hunters is a great video, the book is hard to come by , it is called the chopper boys, if you find it grab it.
In the us Hawkins and Powers proably doest more game capture/tagging /recovery than any other operator. Saw a picture of them slinging cows with a 500 out of the Escalante Staircase N.M. in Utah, wild stuff!
Helicopters by OZ, also does a lot of this stuff:
www.helicapture.com. I heard they had a crash last year doing a moose recvory and the pilot and mucker were killed. It might have been the owner..
