cette preuve ne résulte pas du dossier du navigant, le titulaire de la licence doit avoir satisfait à une épreuve complémentaire.
Roughly translated:
When privileges of a license are exercised in airspaces where the use of the French language is required, the license holder has to carry a proof of level 4 or higher of that language. If this proof is not part of the airman's file, the license holder is required to have passed a supplementary exam.
