The 8060-5 went to OKC and became a part of your permanent record. As part of the PRIA, employers will request your records from the FAA, the National Driver Registry and who ever you've worked for in the last 5 years. The FAA record they get, while not the "blue ribbon" file of everything the FAA has on you (so called because it used to come bound in blue ribbon), will have a record of all your checkrides since your PVT, so yes, this will follow you for life.

I have no idea how TC and JAA will look at it.
