Must have the must haves
Rising through the ranks requires little more than having a negative gag reflex, and the correct 'must haves' your superior is seeking such as the will to salute or curtesy as the boss walks by, the ability kiss botty and the ability to be completely inept as well as related to a manager.
I know some may find this surprising coming from an airline who prides itself on loyalty, fairness and equal opportunity.
