That aside, the Mil Wives have probably done more for the cause of those left at home than any attempt by the Personnel staff. Well done ladies!
A half decent baritone may have spoiled the high notes, but it would have added to the political correctness. So, at the risk of resorting to nit picking, pointless modern faux outrage, and certainly not wanting to diminish this superb effort for some great causes, lets not forget the blokes who keep the home fires burning in ever increasing numbers these days too and also, lets not forget that its also the girls who send letters from the front. After all, I woz one of 'em!
