Rolsajet - to answer your question a good friend of mine - a B777 F/O - last year did 1054hrs in the jet with a total of 876hrs "in the seat". As per Bypass he also couldn't take all his leave as nearly every off peak leave he requested was denied. In comparison on the A380 fleet we flew a lot less but still had problems with leave. Currently I have 3 trips for Jan and a check with a Capt friend on the B777 says he has 8. Now this is a simple snap shot, but worth considering. I hope that helps.
