No-one ever requested my training file and even if they did - it fails to inform them of my personality, merely that I am of average ability which is enough to pass the CAA requirements to work.
Your training file should give lots of feedback on your NOTECHs skillset, unless, of course, your instructors are just ticking the boxes?
I remain to be convinced that multiple levels of HR screening deliver a better pilot to the flightdeck than good old-fashioned (cheap) commonsense.
