Aircraft Finance
Any Bean counters out there ?
Why would an established company that leases its aircraft want to buy ( own , on the books etc ) additional aircraft, instead of further leasing.
Note the airline is a subsidiary of a major carrier.
Can anyone explain how aircraft/engine financing works ? Offshore leasing, tax advantages, who invests in a/c, etc etc
