ii) On Monday 2nd January, 2012 the Russian Navy (Project 1559/1593) Boris Chilikin class Fleet Oiler RFS SERGEI OSIPOV is leaving Malta from Parlatorio Wharf, Palumbo Malta Shipyard Ltd.
