Huge Air India delay at YYZ

I like the way the article says

other scheduled flights on the same route have successfully taken off.

I was under the impression that Air India was the only carrier out of Pearson serving India directly...so not sure what they mean by "other airlines" unless they are talking about other Air India flights.
