Surely this is good news? Some Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS) receiver manufacturers are already making them "multi" GNSS capable; just like we did with mobile phones in the 80s and 90s. I would hope to see aviation spec GNSS receivers on the market soon with the capability to track GPS, GLONASS, GALILIEO and now BEIDOU. With them all using CDMA techniques in and around the 1.1 to 1.7 GHz frequencies that should not be hard to achieve. We can then stop being so paranoid over GNSS spoofing or denial of service.
I know, stop calling you "Shirley"
