one more question, If i had a green card, will the schools in the U.S. consider me as an international student? (i mean i dont need a visa or anything)
If you hold an I-551 (Permanent Residency Card), you do not need a visa but you will need TSA Security clearance.
However, you say you live in Egypt - so how can you hold a PRC?
