I believe cost sharing is based upon a maximum of four people including the pilot (CAA always was, anyway)
A & C - I assume you are commuting to fly commercially there? No chance of sticking a little 'un in one of the company sheds (if any?) to avoid parking fees, or even speaking to your ops dept to see if they can strike a deal?
