Hi there,

My only concern is my eyesight.
Short sighted in both eyes.

If anyone can decode this for the then it would be great!

Right eye:
Sph: -2.75
Cyl: -0.75
Axis: 5.0

Left eye:
Sph: -2.75
Cyl: -1.00
Axis: 165.0
