Interesting times. I think it will be a long drawn out affair and the mgmt will rely in the continuing attrition to dilute the strength of the feeling that we are grossly underpaid.
The general feeling is that the company is a bit of a basket case - continuing recruitment for non-jobs at HQ whilst scrimping for every penny at the sharp end. All rather odd.
It will probably get rather unpleasant for us in the hope that people cave in and as far a seniority in BA goes - a pipe dream I'm afraid. I would think that an ever increasing number of low paid short haul pilots in IAG is the way forward if you are Management.
