With all due respect to GG, wish he'd never left! Believe new hire Captain's would not get anywhere near the 120k mark, more like 85-95k. The average hrs per base is steadily dropping as well, some pilots are below a 100hrs per year.
Word of advice unless your a brown nose, yes man, who want's to fly less than a PPL
