Depends if you are going to use it yourself after rebuild. Most flying schools are dead due to the recession so trying to get some revenue back through leasing it to a school are nil in the UK.
There are a few really nice rebuilt R22 Beta2s that have been on the market for over a year, and reduced to 120K and still cant sell! Tells you the state of the market.
