When I first saw it I thought Auster. Next thought was that experimental Auster (can't remember the name - Marshall?) with the ducted wing?
Looks like gills above the cockpit. Some sort of ducted experiment as well?
Next thought was a product of Boisavia...but I should be looking for French Radicals within the manufacturer...so no....
