Whether this is news or not, but not good publicity for the airport, especially during a busty period like Christmas, when the airport should be geared up to handle these peak travel demands!

Good to see the airport sticking up for itself, instead of the usual "no comment" line they usually get.
But not totally buying the managing directors line, as if "hundreds" of passengers did miss their flights, something has clearly gone wrong!
